In my work I deal with many forms that I need to maintain. I would like to have a desktop named REPORTS which I know how to build. I would like to divide that desktop into 3 groups or boxes where I can place documents that I am working on to keep them sorted. I would like to name those three boxes (label at the top of each box) SAFETY REPORTS, BUDGET REPORTS and PROGRESS REPORTS all three of which would be on the desktop named REPORTS. Within each box I would place .PDF or .DOC type documents pertinent to each group. Using your virtual desktop solution how might I address this problem?
