Probably the simplest solution: uninstall Dexpot 1.5, get the 1.6 beta and start over.

I installed Dexpot and then arranged my icons on each desktop. However, once I turn off my computer and turn it back on the next time, all of my icons are now disarranged. I went into the DExpot menu and tried different things. And then I tried IconRestorer and DesktopOK, but still nothing seems to work. Is there some way to arrange my icons and then they are in the proper place each time I turn on my computer or switch desktops?
