common toolbar/launchbar for all desktops

I am new to dexpot and like it a lot but have a question. I use a toolbar called sTabLauncher. It would be nice if I could have it appear on all desktops. The only way I found to do this is to start the toolbar as administrator. However, then all apps started with the toolbar are also running in admin mode and appear on all desktops. I would prefer to switch the running toolbar to each desktop as it is activated, but cannot figure out how to do this. It seems that something in the desktop Start-Up section may be appropriate. Any help with this would be appreciated.
