Can dexpot be applied to only my secondary monitor?

Is there a way to use Dexpot only on one of my two monitors. I would like to keep a static primary monitor and run Dexpot only on my secondary monitor. I am also trying to figure out a way to run the VD's in a "windowed" mode. My primary and secondary monitor would be static and the Dexpot VD would run as a small windowed box.

go to 'Settings > Switching Desktops > Multi-Monitor' in the Dexpot 1.6 Beta.
A window mode is not available.
