All icons in taskbar across desktops on second monitor

Whenever I attach a second screen, the taskbar there show all open windows across all desktops, not only those on this desktop.

When I choose in taskbar propoerties to show the taskbar on all screens I get this.

So the taskbar at the bottom of my second screen shouldn't be there at all!
