Desktop preview always on top

Is it possible to add new option Always on top in the settings -> components -> desktop preview?

I would like to place desktop preview box here (see the picture) but it is always hidden when I click on the taskbar.



It would be like in KDE in Linux.

The preview is always on top. It's just that the taskbar is always on top as well...
Have you tried the Taskbar Pager plugin?
