Problem in opening a software (ex:Word) in different desktop

Hi,

I am using dexpot with 6 desktop. I am trying to open an application on different desktop, but for some software I can see the open one on the other desktop.

For example in desktop 2 I have one Word document, and I want to open another Word doc in different desktop like 5, but when I open the file I can see both Word doc in desktop 5.
This situation is fine with pdf and Chrome, but for some application like Word no. Is there any setting or rule to see open application just in the related desktop?
