Taskbar Pager plugin hides non-excluded monitors

With 3 monitors, when 1 of them is set to be excluded from switching, and "show windows on excluded monitors" unchecked, only 1 of the remaining 2 monitors is shown in the Taskbar Pager. My main monitor no longer appears in the Taskbar Pager at all.
