I thought it did too. I believe it used to for me as well, but it seems something changed and now I can't get focused properly ;). Could it be something in the options? Can I get debug info for my current setup to try and figure out this behavior? It's terribly annoying and potentially catastrophic! Tnx :)

I'm seeing this same issue. When I move from one desktop to another, the focus stays on the application in the first desktop.

Hi again. I would like the program to remember which window is worth the focus for each desktop. When switching to the desktop used to this window just received focus.
