That's a Dexpot compatibility issue with Windows 10. Please try disabling the Windows SuperFetch feature.

Please use the attached mywechsel.ini-file and copy it to the Dexpot main program folder:

Hi You can change background Color by following the below steps;
1: Settings > Personalization
2:Select Background.
3: Select a picture or solid color, or create a slideshow of pictures
4: In Color select color which u want.
