Problem switching Desktops (related to Clover?)

I have Ctrl+Windows+Right bound to advance to the next desktop, and Ctrl+Windows+Left bound to go to the previous desktop. However, sometimes when I press right it will skip two or three desktops in quick succession.

It seems to happen mostly when Clover is the active window.

Is there a known fix for this?
