I think it's better I tell you all my configuration and what is what I want to do.

I enter the same command as you,
"c:\Program Files\Dexpot\dexpot.exe" c:\Users\tele.scom\AppData\Roaming\Dexpot\profile\PerfilPreimpresion.dxp

Or at least, I couldn't do it

This command doesn't load the TEST profile
"dexpot.exe C:\Path\To\TEST.dxp"

Is it necessary any other modifier?
