it doesn't. However, I don't know the exact number of how many keys/values Windows creates when running Dexpot. Depends.

delete Dexpot related string values only, not keys.

but there are users that will not use dexpot anymore ...

These values aren't created by Dexpot, but by Windows.

hast du mal probiert, auf allen Desktops die Funktionen 'Automatisch anordnen' sowie 'Am Raster ausrichten' zu aktivieren und anschließend zu deaktivieren?

you may go for 'Window title contains > sponsored session or similar' and action 'Run > "C:\Program files (x86)\Dexpot\dexpot.exe" -w: 2' or 'Move > Desktop 1 > Follow after Move'.

Die nach einem Desktopwechsel von Dexpot gespeicherten Positionen findest du hier (viewtopic.php?f=21&t=1910), dort in der *.dxi.

Dexpot does save the plugins' settings into the *.dxp profile file. However, it doesn't save which plugins were activated.

this is a hardware issue. Might be your monitors' capacitors resonating in particular cases (e.g. empty desktops with less windows than usual), causing a whining noise.
