Start-up programs opening on wrong desktop

I've selected a number of programs to be launched on startup of windows 10 through Dexpot, 1 on desktop 1 and 6 on desktop 2. Programs on desktop 2 are scheduled to launch on 'Dexpot startup', however when windows and Dexpot loads, most the programs meant to launch into desktop 2 are present on desktop 1 instead of desktop 2. This morning 1 program started on desktop 2 and 6 on desktop 1.
Can anyone suggest what's going on here and suggest why it might be happening?

Could you please attach a screenshot of your Dexpot configuration (e.g. 'Assign applications' and 'Configure Desktops > Start-up')?

I've got Startup for D1 and D2. And Settings General. Not sure where Assign Applications is located?
