Mouse-Scrolling desktops using Desktop Preview?

Can one switch desktops with the mouse wheel within Desktop Preview?

I know Desktop Manager has this option explicitly, but I don't see it for Desktop Preview.

Not sure if Dexpot is still being actively developed (so sad if it isn't ;_; ), but, if so, since the feature already exists in Desktop Manager, perhaps it would be easy to bring over to Desktop Preview...
