Dexpot and rainmeter problem

I'm using dexpot to set up 2 differents layouts on virtual desktops.
On my main desktop, i have 2 skins that start hidden (showing them when needed using toggles).
My problem is that whenever dexpot is active, the skins are displayed at start-up.
They're also always displayed if i switch from another desktop to my main one.
I tried playing with the order of the StartHidden and Group commands in rainmeter with no luck.
Is there any way to fix or avoid this?
