A question about sounds

In the Configure Desktops, there is a feature that I like very much. I'm talking about the Entry Sound and the Exit Sound. I like it very much and I use a different sound for each desktop.

However, I would love to add more, and have the capability to assign a sound to each individual icon of each desktop.

I looked at the Desktop Rules, but I am not being successful.

Does anyone knows how I could use the Desktop Rules to assign a different sound to each individual icon?

Or would it be better to make this a special feature request like a new dialog box that would resemble the Configure Desktops dialog box, but in this case it would be to assign a sound to each icon of each desktop?
