It's Clunky.....

Have been using Dexpot for about 12 months and find it great, but over the last couple of weeks the system has become very "clunky"
I have 6 monitors on 3 video cards all GTX650TI. The clunky movement of shifting windows, or even scrolling in Firefox\Chrome is now to the point where I want to remove Dexpot. As soon as I close Dexpot, the system is very smooth..
I didn't change drivers for it to become this way, but did try upgrading the video driver to fix it..
I even dropped back to 2 Desktops from 4.. But ironically 4 seem to be slightly better..
Anyone else come across this, or have suggestions..
