Win 8.1 + Classic Start + Dexpot with enabled Taskbar Pager

Recently I've been having a problem with the combination of installed applications' listed in this thread's title. As soon as the Taskbar Pager plugin is enabled all the Quick Launch and application icons in Classic Start's Taskbar are removed ! As soon as Dexpot is terminated the Taskbar appearance returns to normal. Even unchecking the Taskbar Pager plugin's checkbox doesn't return my Taskbar to normal - Dexpot has to be exited.
