Activate Catalogue via middle mouse button

Does anyone agree that it would be nice to activate the catalogue with the middle mouse button if it is hovered over the desktop. I think it would be a lot faster and better for work flow.

I think implementing something like HOtCorners would be easier, and plus you'll be able to do it anywhere
