Yeah, Taskbar Pager definitely could use more love.

I'd live:
* window previews (both on pager and mouse-hover popup previews);
* dragging windows between monitors on multi-head system;
* dragging windows from taskbar to Taskbar Pager desktop could move the window to that desktop;
* mouse wheel over pager could also do something useful.
