Can you please make DexTab behave just like Alt-Tab, i.e. list windows/desktops in most recently used (MRU) order? I often switch between more than two desktops, so that would be really helpful Thanks for your attention

Do you mean an MRU order across all desktops, i.e. with windows not grouped by desktop? If not, you can already get something close to MRU: go to "Settings > Components > Dex-Tab", disable "Sort windows by title" and set "Initial selection" to "Last active window".
