I have a dell laptop running windows 7 64-bit with service pack 1 and with Dexpot it will not go into sleep mode. Normally it sleeps in a less than a minute. However, with Dexpot it seems to hang and not shutdown for about 10 minutes.
Then when you turn the computer on it recovers from a windows error because it would not shut down properly. This happens each time. Any suggestions?
Here's the error :
Listed as Critical in the Event Viewer -- Event ID 41, Task Category 63
